Kathlee Palyo is a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Advanced Diabetes Management and Family Practice. A Registered Nurse for over 30 years, she began her nursing career as a graduate of a diploma nursing program in Pittsburgh, PA.


She received her Bachelors Degree from Salisbury State University in Maryland, her Masters Degree from the Medical College of Ohio, and completed post-graduate studies at Wayne State University in Michigan and the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, IN.

Her nursing experience covers 5 states and several countries along with a variety of positions, including hospital and community nursing, nursing administration, and nursing education as an instructor at both the Medical College of Ohio and the University of St. Francis. Kathleen currently assists with the management of all patients at Fort Wayne Endocrinology including providing Diabetic Education and Insulin Pump Management for our Diabetic patients.


She also volunteers at the ASK Clinic in Fort Wayne, a free clinic serving clients with limited health insurance, and lectures to local health care professionals. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honor society, and CAPNI, a statewide     organization for Advanced Practice Nurses.


She also is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Diabetic Educators. Kathleen resides in Fort Wayne with her husband and has 2 grown children.

A graduate of Loyola University, Dr. Greenberg completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center and his fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Since 1989, he was in private practice in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Greenberg is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, with special interests in diabetes management, thyroid care, and general endocrine disorders. Dr. Greenberg has served as a clinic assistant professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and continues to speak to young men and women about encouraging them to enter the field of medicine.
